After purchase you will receive an email with a link containing your gift card.
Jewellery will be dispatched individually contained inside a beautiful jewellery bag or box depending on the distribution centre used.

We will do our absolute best to meet the stated delivery times but they cannot be guaranteed - this is subject to stock and courier availability and external factors beyond our control. If your purchase has not arrived within the expected time you should first check with your neighbour or your local delivery office.
Unfortunately an item may sometimes go missing in the post. We are unable to process any claim for an item that has not been delivered unless 28 working days has passed since the date the item was dispatched. All claims must be made within 30 working days of the dispatch date (for your dispatch date check your ‘Dispatch Confirmation’ email).
We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. If your return is accepted, we’ll send instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned for hygiene reasons (such as Earrings), and custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you need is to return the package to us using signed for postage. Please include a note indicating your requirements such as size exchange or model change.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
Please note a £10 restocking fee will be deducted from your refund amount.
